Libby and I choose to avoid big chain restaurants so I’m always excited to find a good local eatery, particularly if it offers a local farm-to-table menu. Today we found just such a place at Heirloom at Archie’s. This great little food truck is located in the middle of Archie’s Gardenland just off Camp Bowie in Fort Worth, TX. You can enjoy the beautiful grounds while dining under the trees to a different menu of fresh local foods each month. Libby enjoyed a Caprese Chicken Torta with homemade chips. My entree was a pork chop and egg with grits and asparagus.
